Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Simple — 30 days, no hassle. If you’re not happy, neither are we.

Just email support@safepetplace.com with your order number. We’ll walk you through everything.

If the item is defective or wrong — we cover it. If it’s a change of mind return — shipping is on you.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

So sorry about that! Take a photo and email us within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
