How long does shipping take?
We process orders in 1–2 business days, then delivery takes 8–10 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over $35. Under $35? Just a flat $3.99 — no surprises.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now we ship within the USA only. Stay tuned!
My tracking number isn't working?
Give it up to 24 hours to activate. Still not working? Email us and we’ll track it down for you.
My order hasn't shipped yet. What's going on?
Orders take 1–2 business days to process. Still waiting after that? Just email us and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Simple — 30 days, no hassle. If you’re not happy, neither are we.
How do I return something?
Just email support@safepetplace.com with your order number. We’ll walk you through everything.
Do I pay for return shipping?
If the item is defective or wrong — we cover it. If it’s a change of mind return — shipping is on you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
What if my item arrived damaged?
So sorry about that! Take a photo and email us within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Always. Every product uses pet-safe, non-toxic materials. We test before we list — no exceptions.
