We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. And that’s totally okay. At Safe Pet Place, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

Changed your mind? No worries. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item.

Return Conditions

To keep things fair for everyone, returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

How to Return

It’s simple — just email us at support@safepetplace.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • A photo of the item (only if damaged)

Our team will get back to you within 24 hours and walk you through everything.

Return Shipping Cost

We believe in being upfront. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. In that case, we’ve got you covered completely.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. Simply return your item and place a new order — we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your return —

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • It will go back to your original payment method
  • You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s done

Received Something Wrong or Damaged?

That’s on us — and we’re sorry. Please reach out immediately at support@safepetplace.com with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No hassle, no stress.
