Charging, battery, and safety basics

This toy runs on a sealed lithium-polymer battery, not removable AA or AAA batteries, so you don’t have anything separate to handle or lose. While it’s charging, an automatic lockout shuts off the motor, sound, and sensor completely, so it won’t move or make noise until you unplug it.

The plush outer cover is machine washable, but never submerge the inner plastic core in water — only the fabric shell should get wet. This toy is best suited for dogs who aren’t aggressive chewers. Enough bite force from a large or powerful breed can crack the inner casing and expose the battery inside, so it’s best kept to the small and medium dogs it’s actually built for.
